The main objective of the training programs in category-1 is to analyze and establish competitive net value selling prices with zero waste responding to actual market/buyer demand. Several analytical studies are introduced to define what is required to build a competitive infrastructure, synchronizing value chain with demand (financial planning and budgeting). Those studies will serve as a baseline guide (category 2) in the development of the new manufacturing structure and systems. It will also cover the design, planning, execution, control, and monitoring of the value chain activities through total cost management system.

The primary objective of the training programs in Category-2 is to learn how to build a customer-focused value chain that drives values throughout all processes from end to end. This is attained by understanding how to redesign manufacturing processes to obtain dramatic improvements in critical real-time performance measurements related to cost, qualityand speed in meeting customer demands, as well as in areas related to organizational goals.Upon the design of the customer-focused value chain, the manufacturing workforce must be adapted to the new system and concepts through a capacity building program to develop workforce’ abilities.

The objectives of the training programs in category-3 is to develop the capacity and abilities of management team to monitor value-added throughout the manufacturing processes and applied work methods, to systematically and continuously eliminate waste between motions, processes and management systems, and finally to achieve the unit cost as estimated and profitability as desired. Also, to adapt the line workers to standardized work methods to perform their jobs in reliable consistent manner. Managers, staffs and workers must be equipped with the essential knowledge, tools and techniques in order to achieve desired organizational goals as set in business direction.
