In case of cancellation, 80% of registration fees will be refunded if cancellation is received before starting the course
Cancellations made after starting the course are not eligible.
In case of lack of satisfaction, applicant should send an email to admin@dagherip.com requesting cancellation and refund as long the applicant attended lesson 1 only.

Online workshops are conducted in English and supported by local language if all participants are from the same country.
Corporate training is conducted in the preferred language of the organization.

EVALUATION & CERTIFICATION
For online courses, the participant is eligible for a certificate after completing all training lessons
For online workshops, the participant is eligible for a certificate if the final average score is 70% and above of all quizzes.
Student Failure
In the event that student fails:
DIP takes full responsibility to assist the student to overcome the failure.
Student will be allowed to retake the final exam as many times as they need.
